How to Find Us

Our Mile End practice is located right by Mile End Park, in the East End of London.

Parking and Accessibility 

If you are visiting our Mile End Practice via car, there is pay and display parking available in Hamlets Way. Alternatively, we are just a 5-minute walk from Mile End Station. Bus No. 232, 277 and D6 also make stops close to the practice. 

Please note this practice is located within the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).

What to do in the event of an Emergency 

In the event of an emergency, or if your pet is unwell outside the practice hours, then we have an emergency vet hospital that can provide urgent assistance. Our veterinary hospitals are open 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day. The closest hospital to our Mile End practice is the Wanstead Veterinary Hospital. They can be contacted on 020 8989 7744. For your peace of mind, and continuity of care, your pet’s medical history is accessible from all of our branches, at any time.

James qualified in 2017 from Nottingham University Vet School. Before joining the Mile End practice in 2024 he locumed at many of the Goddard Group practices since 2022. James completed a Masters in One Health at the Royal Veterinary College and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in 2022 and has a keen interest in medicine and veterinary public health. Outside of veterinary James enjoys cooking, going to gigs and hiking.

Emily qualified in 2022 from the Royal Veterinary College in London. Before joining the team at Mile End in 2023, she worked for a year up north as a small animal vet. Emily and her fiance have a mischievous kitten called Titch and hope to have an Australian Shepherd in the near future. Emily is keen to expand her knowledge in all areas of veterinary medicine and has a particular interest in Emergency and Critical Care. In her spare time, Emily likes to read, go for walks and is currently learning Italian.

Caroline has over 20 years experience working in managerial roles within the veterinary and hospitality industries, and she joined the Goddard Veterinary Group in 2019. Caroline has a passion for developing business and supporting individuals and teams to maximise their own potential. Outside of work creativity is her main focus with stained glass, print making, painting and drawing on the list of many hobbies. Caroline lives in West London and she enjoys the energy of the city but also the opportunity just to relax with her two adorable cats who are credited for her move into the veterinary industry.
